He was a loving man who showed this to everyone, especially his family and friends. He loved to joke around and be playful. He graduated from John Marshall High School and took culinary classes at WVNCC to help him improve in his job in the food industry. He was also a volunteer at the fire department. Though mostly he worked many positions with carnival amusement rides, traveling with the carnivals to many places, fulfilling his love of travel and seeing new places.
He is preceded by his parents, Richard Nice Sr and Eva Kitchen, and his uncle Edgar Gallagher.
He is survived and missed dearly by his sisters Julia Bass and Rosemary Baker, and aunt Rosemary Resseger, uncle Harvey Kitchen, his son Justin Roth (Savannah) and family and friends.
