Robin Rene Curtman Elliott, 59, of Boligee, passed away at her home 12 June 2022. Robin was born 9 May 1963 in Waterloo, Iowa to Stanley and Jacqueline Curtman. After graduating from Chamberlain-Hunt Academy in Port Gibson, Mississippi, she settled in Tuscaloosa, AL. She met her husband Billy while working as a waitress at Shoney’s restaurant in Tuscaloosa. Robin owned and operated the Little Country Daycare for 15 years, and the Chuck Wagon restaurant, a well-known eatery in Eutaw, AL. She worked in the catering business for many years; she had a passion for cooking food and feeding others. She was selfless person, walked in kindness, and loved everyone. She loved drinking coffee, being in the outdoors, walking at the beach, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Billy; parents Stanley Curtman, Frances Curtman, and William Spain; four children Joshua Curtman, Jonathon Curtman, Brad Elliott, and Brock Elliott; nine grandchildren William Curtman, Linley Curtman, Landon Elliott, Gavin Elliott, Lincoln Elliott, Hayden Elliott, Judd Elliott, Beau Elliott, and Silas Elliott; sisters Debbie Den Besten (Bob), Crystal Hawkins (Andy), Lori Rarey (Brian); and brothers Roger Curtman, and Michael Curtman.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Spain.
Services will be held at 2 pm, 16 June 2022, at the Eutaw Baptist Church, Eutaw AL, with Bro Gene Dockery officiating and Memory Chapel Tuscaloosa AL directing. Burial will follow in the Mesopotamia Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
