I don't even know where to begin and have shared so much already through Facebook. I will say I've known Robin for a long time from more than one avenue in life and she has Always been sweet and kind, gentle and loving. We have prayed for each other's special concerns and have enjoyed lots of small things here and there in day to day life. I was so proud of her faith in God and positive attitude especially during this struggle. I really hate God chose to take her so soon but that's because she's someone who will be so very missed! On the other hand I rejoice for her eternal reward and blessing of a her Heavenly Home she's Already enjoying!! I'm so thankful for her salvation and I'm so happy for her!! See you again soon my sweet friend!!

I have been heartbroken since hearing of the passing of my dear friend Robin Griffin Wood. I met Robin 17 years ago. I was a new mom and nervous about choosing the right doctor for my child. I appreciated the advice, kind words, and encouragement from a nurse who quickly became a friend. We just clicked and it felt like I had known her my entire life. I also got to know Robin from my time working as a Cosmetologist. My husband, kids, and I thought the world of her. She loved her family, kids, and grandbabies so much! Praying for the family during this difficult time.

I’m so very sorry for your loss! I only knew Robin from TCAT. But she was always such a sweet and precious woman. Never heard her complain or talk negative about anyone. Always had a beautiful welcoming smile. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers! Brenda Mallette Stokes

Brittany words can not express the sadness I feel. Your mom was one of a kind. She was always the sweetest person. She helped me through many freak outs with the boys. I love you and know I am always here for you no matter what.

The first time I met Robin I was at a weigh in for a fish tournament that her husband was fishing with my boyfriend at the time. She walks up to my car, taps on the window and says (very loudly I might add) "Are you Kim? I'm Steven's wife Robin. Can I get in and wait on the guys to come in?" She acted as if she'd known me forever, and talked for a solid hour without barely taking a breath. (That's Robin) We just clicked. We spent the next weekend looking for me an apartment in Tuscaloosa and were pretty much inseparable until I married and moved away. No matter how far apart we were, we always had eachother to lean on when times got tough or you just needed to vent. I will miss those long talks and your infectious laugh.
My heart breaks for our loss, but I rejoice that she is in a better place and is with her Momma that she missed so dearly.
Prayers for her family and coworkers.
