Ruth Carolyn Webber, age 77, of Cottondale, died July 24, 2015, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor MacArthur Fondren officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hills Garden with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, A Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Webber; son, David Webber; and parents, Sam and Marie Day.Survivors include her son, Barry Joseph Webber of Cottondale; sisters, Jackie Day Baker, Betty Sue Day, and Sandra Euline Day; brother, Ullman Joseph Day Sr.; special nieces and nephews, Adam Joseph Day, Summer Mae Day, Ullman Joseph Day Jr., and Hannah Marie Day; and special friends, Tommy and Lucia Hatcher.She was a loving mother, who loved her family and friends, her animals, and her flowers. Her memory will be cherished forever, and she will be greatly missed by everyone she touched.Pallbearers will be Tommy Hatcher, Markus Quilliams, Adam Day, Mike Webber, Gaither Dodson, and Kim Duncan.Honorary pallbearers are DCH Home Health Care, doctors and nurses of IMA and the many friends and health care providers who tended to her.
