Sam's positive outlook and his interest in discovery were constants through the many years we were acquainted. My condolences, Gloria, are with you and your family.

Sam was the epitome of a true Southern gentleman and a Christ-like Christian whose life evidenced the fruits of the Spirit. (Galations 5:22-23 )  He was a living testimony of God's love, mercy and grace. What a treasured legacy he bequeaths to not only his loved ones, but to all who knew him.  He fought the good fight, he finished the course, he kept the faith and God said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant!"
My thanksgiving to God for the life of my dear friend Sam - Child of God, Heir to the Kingdom, and a great minister and chaplain of the Good News!

In loving memory of a wonderful person - Sam was a kind and joyous person and it was a pleasure to get to know him. He will be missed by many.

Sam blessed so many during his life. He was a dear friend and I will miss him.

Sam loved people and loved to tell stories.  His devotion to his love of sharing about God, Sam also shared in speaking to others about Trager. Sam is a practitioner of a type of bodywork called Physophysical Integration--The Trager Approach developed by Dr. Milton Trager. This is how I came to know Sam Nettles and his family.  Sam and I shared Trager sessions, LOTS of conversation, and attended many Trager trainings.
