Shelia Markham, age 67 of Fosters, Alabama passed away on February 13, 2026 at DCH Regional Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Shelia was preceded in death by her husband, John Markham; father, Eugene Scott; sister, Melinda Scott.
She is survived by her daughters, Casey Hanks (Brandon Hanks), Tammy Dean; son, Chrisopher Dean (Angela Patton Dean); mother, Annie Scott; grandchildren, Brooklyn Hanks.
Shelia was always up for her children's adventures, even if she was just watching. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. The beach was her favorite get away. She was happy relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. Before she was too sick, Shelia was at every church event. She loved to serve the Lord. Shelia was the sweetest lady who loved her family and friends dearly.
Pallbearers are Brandon Hanks, Jeremy Hines, Corey Robinson, Shawn Dobose, Blake Bryan, Zach Bryan.
