She was born to Earl and Christine Sharp on September 18th, 1963. As a young woman Sherri began her dream of starting a large family and traveling. Sherri enjoyed creating special meals, running her toes through the sand at the beach, and jamming out to good music-dancing in the kitchen with her daughters is a memory that speaks of her loving and free spirit. She treasured gardening with her beloved husband, Robert Mize, of 25 years.
Sherri leaves a legacy of family whom she taught to be generous, kind, and to enjoy life to the fullest. Her laughter and long talks will be the most missed, along with her encouraging words and “I love you more” and “I love you to the moon and back.”
Sherri is preceded in death by her father Earl Sharp, son Joshua Simpson, Mother Christine Sharp and her grandparents Olan Kizziah, Pearl House, Henry and Bessie Sharp.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A Mize. Her daughters, Heather Phelps, Bobbie Dunn, and Jamie Stone. Step-sons, Adriane Mize and Nelson Mize.
