She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Green, and her parents, Gene and Maxine Bowman of Albany, Georgia. Sherry is survived by her sisters, Kathryn (Sissy) Butler and Wanda Coker.
Sherry was happily married to the love of her life for over 50 years. She loved children, even though she could not have any of her own, and she spoiled all 10 of her nieces and nephews. They all loved to go stay with Aunt Sherry. Oh, how she loved rings, rings, and more rings. Jerry never had to guess what to get her for Christmas or any other gift-giving occasion. Sherry also loved Elvis and country music.
We all miss her, but her pain and suffering are now over. The love of her life met her at the Pearly Gates.
