Thelmer “Louise” Carpenter Blank, 67, of Moundville, AL, passed away on July 22, 2020, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 12:00pm -1:00pm at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Tuscaloosa. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00pm from Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville, with Bro. Steve Strickland officiating. Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity provider is honored to be entrusted with final arrangements.
Ms. Blank was preceded in death by her husband Russell J Blank, parents James and Willie R Ballard and numerous brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two sons James Carpenter and Charlie Carpenter (Vickie), grandchildren: Aubree Hope Carpenter, Caleigh Mae Carpenter, Macy Carpenter, Hunter Carpenter and James Chase Carpenter, one great grandson Trent Carpenter and four sisters.
