Tallulah Beams, age 76, of Northport, Alabama passed away on August 24, 2024 at Glen Haven Nursing Home. A Graveside Service will be held at Memory Hill Gardens on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gene Dockery officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Memory Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Tallulah Beams was born on July 3, 1948, Gordo, Alabama to the late Annie Lou and Robert Mayfield. Tallulah graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School in May 1966. She worked for several years in retail. She made her transition from this life to eternity on Saturday, August 24, 2024. Tallulah is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Beams; parents, Robert and Annie Lou Mayfield; sister, Mary Sharon Burgos. Tallulah leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Helen Roose of Matthee, North Carolina; two nieces, Maria Burgos and Leigh Wheeler; nephew, Robert Roose; a longtime friend and caregiver, Jennifer Smith; along with a host of other friends.
