A visitation for van will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memory Chapel Funeral Home, 2200 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, West Blocton, AL.
"Squeaky" was preceded in death by his parents, V.B. and Inez Lewis; Sister, Era Hubbard; Brothers, Aylette Lewis, Willie Lewis; Great niece, Rebecca Cook; Great nephew, Kyle Nicholas.
Survivors include: Sister, Debra L. Cook; 6 Nieces and 6 nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Steen Hall, Elvis Hubbard, Randy Hubbard, Mike Cooley, Michael Free, and Junior Shuttlesworth.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Shelby Baptist Medical Center, CICU, Nurses, doctors and staff, Dominion Construction, Halger Fire Department and Halger Community.
