FAYETTE – Vernon M. Grosse, age 84, passed away September 9, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center. A memorial visitation will be Monday, September 19, 2022 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Mr. Grosse will be laid to rest in Memory Hill Gardens.
He is preceded in death by his first wife of 53 years, Mary Owens Grosse; brother, Van Holls Grosse; and parents, Rev. Vernon Charles and Dorothy Grosse.
He is survived by his second wife, Barbara J. Wright; sister, Deidra G. Morrison; brothers, Vinson G. Grosse (Donna) and Vaughn E. Grosse (Susan); and special cousin, James “Tommy” Cook (Vicky).
