William Alonzio Blake

William was preceded in death by his brothers, Pete Blake, Andrew Blake; mother, Jo-Ann Morrison Blake; father, Marion A. Blake; grandson, Gage Floyd; and sister, Anita.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Blake; daughters, Melissa (Robert), Amanda (Nick), Carla, Lindsey (Kevin), Melanie Effinger; sons, Jacob, Anthony (Hannah), Frank (Mandy); sister, Kathy Cook(Carl); sister-inlaw, Kathy (Ralph) and Thersea Blake; grandchildren, Emma, Jaelyn, Nathan, Sadie, Gracie, Neveah, Keegan, William, Lilly, Connor, Ansleigh, Abel, Alisa, Anthony, Seth, and Tiffany; great grandchildren, Amari, Prince Victoria, and Vanessa.

William was a godly man, and his family was everything to him. He loved riding his motorcycle and going on long trips with his friends. He loved riding backroads. He never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off of his back. He loved working on cars. It was never a dull moment around him; he always had everyone laughing.

Services will be held at Community Baptist Church, 160 Chancey Lane, Moundville, AL 35474, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 1:00 until 3:00 pm.
