Gladys Adelle Cullip

Gladys Adelle Cullip, 89, of Seaside, Oregon and formerly of Twin Falls passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 in Seaside, Oregon.

Gladys was born October 10, 1926 in Denison, Iowa the daughter of Martha and Bernard Boysen. She grew up and attended schools in Denison.

Gladys married the love of her life, Lyle Cullip on February 12, 1946 in Boise, Idaho. Together they raised four children, Danny, Bruce, Julie and Dianna.

Gladys worked as a bookkeeper for Kings for many years until she retired. She loved to crochet and loved to go to the beach. She will be missed by her family and friends.

Gladys is survived by her three children, Bruce Cullip of Des Moines, Washington; Julie (Kevin) Mahan of Seaside, Oregon; and Dianna Taylor of Twin Falls, Idaho; as well as her brother Gerry Boysen of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lyle J. Cullip; sisters, Gene Guilliame and brother, Bud Boysen and most recently her son, Danny Cullip.

A celebration of Gladys’ life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at White Mortuary, 136 4th Ave. East, Twin Falls with Pastor Audrey Ireton officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. A viewing for family and friends will take place on Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at White Mortuary.
