She was born in Roaring Springs Texas, to Mabelle and Fred Thomas, she was the seventh of nine children. She married Billy H. Weaver in 1949, in Denton and raised two children Mary and Randy. Nell moved to Tyler in 1958 and remarried W.H. Stuart, after his passing in 1979 she moved to Wills Point and remarried Billy H. Weaver until his passing in 1986. After Billy's passing she married Ted Paxton.
She is survived by her children; Mary and her husband Cecil Robinson; and Randy H. Weaver; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great- great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on December 27th, from 5-8pm at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. Nell will be laid to rest in a private service at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
