When my parents and I moved from Oklahoma to Longview in 1961 the first new friend I made was my next door neighbor, Anita. That was the beginning of a precious life-long friendship. She will be missed by many, but it is comforting to know she is now pain free and with her dear Lord and Savior. Anita, I will miss you dearly. -- Until we meet again!

Anita was a second mom to me from the time I was 18 years old. She was funny, sassy and a treasure of a friend. I know Robert is smiling that beautiful ear to ear smile now that she is in his arms again. Love you ReeRee!!!

I have fond memories of us being at the lake and our time together on that little barge the guys built. Just her and I fishing and me learning to put worms on the hook ( with gloves) of course! and just trolling around on that little barge it was really fun. Other times at the lake just connecting with her and how she was always such a light, so delightful in attitude and in spirit just lit me up inside. I could forget anything that was maybe of reality- or worries and just have Delight being around her. Myself, her and Loyalan, the sister-in- laws. And to the time that she and Hope & Myself, were at Trades Days we had a blast! And us girls eating CRAWFISH WITH EVERYONE. 💙 ALWAYS asking about my Kids. & How they were. I LOVED HER, SO...
