Mr. Baca was born on June 24, 1935, in Bastrop, to Arnold F. and Evelyn Elizabeth Katherine Scheel Baca and passed away on Aug. 9, 2014, in Bossier City. Formerly of Flint, he lived in Louisiana about seven years was in sales for Kirby and served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include son, Joe Baca Jr and wife Sherri, of Shreveport, La., daughter, Margy Free and husband Mark, of Longview; grandchildren, Arnold Joe Baca III and wife Abigail Christine, of Shreveport, Mark Free, of Longview, Sarah Elizabeth Baca Reeves and husband Steven, of Shreveport; great-grandchildren, Olivia Reeves and Arianna Baca, both of Shreveport; and sister, Marilyn Menealy, of Houston.
Mr. Baca was preceded in death by parents; wife; one brother and one sister.
