Bobby Campbell Reville passed away on March 27, 2026, in Terrell, Texas. She was born on February 15, 1934, in Galveston, Texas to Willard Kary McCraney and Emma Bland (Eubank) McCarney. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Reville; daughter, Mary Schoner and grandson, Ian Law.
Bobby spent her childhood in Tyler, Texas and from a young age, where her love for music first began to blossom. She discovered early on that she possessed a truly extraordinary gift. Bobby could pick up and learn almost any instrument with incredible ease and natural expertise. After high school graduation, Bobby boldly pursued her passion at Baylor University. There, she poured her heart into her studies, eventually earning her master’s degree in music— a testament to her unwavering dedication and extraordinary musical talent.
Ready to make her mark in the hearts and minds of young children, Bobby began her career as an educator in the Mesquite school district. She shared her talent and knowledge through the piano, accordion, organ, violin, and dulcimer.
Throughout her life, whether in personal or professional endeavors, Bobby spread love and joy to everybody. She was an active member of the South Side Baptist Church in Kaufman, Texas, where she was the Pianist, Organist, and Song Coordinator. A remarkable woman, Bobby’s gift as well as her endearing heart will be remembered by all who knew her.
Left to cherish Bobby’s memory and carry on her legacy are her children: Penny Knight – Ehmann and husband, Danny; son: Michael Dowling and wife, Patsy; Sherry Dowling; Granddaughters: Jamie Dowling and Dayle Anne Crowell and husband, James; Scott Edwards and wife, Angelica and her two special furbabies, Muffin and Chico Reville. Bobby will also be remembered fondly by her other family, the members of the South Side Baptist Church in Kaufman, Texas as well as numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
