Church services for Carol E. Foote, 57, of Tyler are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Grace Community Church with Pastor Danny Loeffelholz officiating. Interment will follow in Tyler Memorial Park under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Foote was born Jan. 24, 1953, in Cresco, Iowa, to the late Lyle Kenneth and Elaine Marjorie Kapka Blomgren and passed away June 20, 2010, in Tyler. She lived in Tyler since 1976, was a teacher's aide for Tyler Independent School District for 13 years, worked for a year and a half for Mother Frances Hospital in medical records, and was a member of Grace Community Church.
Mrs. Foote is survived by her husband of 38 years, David L. Foote of Tyler; daughter, Cynthia Camp and husband Mike of Tyler; grandson, Elisha Camp of Tyler; and a brother, Jim Blomgren. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jim Lightfoot, Jim Huber, Larry Wilson, Denny Alden, C.L. McGaughey, and Charles Sinqu-field.
Honorary pallbearers will be Burl Reed, Walt Morehouse, and Don Crotsenburg.
