Charles “Eddie” Bussell, born February 13, 1968, in Mesquite, Texas, grew up in Chandler and graduated from Brownsboro High School, where he served as FFA president and played linebacker for the Brownsboro Bears.
Eddie moved to Las Vegas, beginning his career in the gaming industry, before settling in Biloxi, Mississippi. There, he became a respected and well-known table games dealer, forming lasting relationships throughout the Gulf Coast.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wanda and Malford Bussell. He is survived by his brother Lonnie; sisters Brenda and Donna; his children Brandi, Tiffany, Cameron, Ashlee, and Aubrielle; and his grandchildren Bryson, Saydee, Jaycee, Christopher, Charlie, Skylar, Caleb, and Isabella.
A devoted father and grandfather, Eddie encouraged his family to be independent, authentic, and unafraid of life’s challenges. He believed life was meant to be fully lived and found joy in simple moments.
