Chapel services for Clinton Williams, 76, of Tyler are scheduled for 1:00 p. m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Perfect Atkins officiating. Interment will follow in Tyler Memorial Park.
Mr. Williams was born March 16, 1934 in Winona, Texas and passed away April 10, 2010 in Tyler. He lived in Tyler for 30 years and was a laborer in construction.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. He is survived by his wife, Winnie Williams of Tyler; son, Robert Lee Williams of Tyler; two grandchildren, Robert Clinton Williams and Mariah Cutbhlow; brothers, Tommie Scott of Las Angeles, CA and Ruben Williams of Dallas; sisters, Anne Bessie Scott and Brenda Davis of California; several aunts, uncles and cousins; great-grandchildren, Adeline Williams and Adriana Williams; sisters-in-law, Emma Ross, Lorene Gray, L. V. Johnson and Sally Jack Ottley.
Pallbearers will be: Bobby Ray Fonfara, Edward Peterson, Bryan Peterson, John Battise, Ray, Richard Battise and Harold Dudley.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p. m. Friday at the funeral home.
