She was born on October 16, 1949, in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to Ernesto Hernandez and Guadalupe Hernandez, both who preceded her in death. The oldest of five children, Concepcion came to Texas 53 years ago where she built a life grounded in faith, family, and perseverance. A devoted housewife and mother, Concepcion was loving, caring, and tough-a true pillar of her family. She shared 53 years of marriage with her beloved husband, George Cuellar, a union marked by devotion, strength, and enduring love. Concepcion was a woman of faith who trusted in God and found comfort in his promises. She now rests in eternal peace, reunited with loved ones who went before her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Miguel Cuellar.
She is survived by her husband, George Cuellar; sons, Jose Cervantes, George Cuellar Jr., Isaac Cuellar and Emmanuel Cuellar and Hazael Cuellar; daughter, Ariel Cuellar and her 12 cherished grandchildren, who brought her great joy. Concepcion will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
