Daniel Grant Fitzgerald II

Daniel was a devoted husband, loving father, loyal son, and cherished friend. His warm heart, generous spirit, and quiet strength left a lasting mark on everyone who had the blessing of knowing him.

Daniel found his greatest joy in simple, meaningful moments—especially fishing and cooking with his boys, making memories that will be treasured forever. His presence was steady and comforting and his love for his family unshakable.

Though he is no longer with us, we find peace in knowing that Daniel is in Heaven, reunited with his father and held in the arms of the Lord. His legacy of love, kindness, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Fitzgerald Sr., whose memory he cherished.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tabitha Miller-Fitzgerald, and their children: Samuel Miller, Braxton Fitzgerald, and their baby daughter Hazel Fitzgerald, who brought him such joy. Daniel leaves behind his beloved mother, Dianne Fitzgerald, and siblings: Darla Meador (husband Pedro), Danielle Henderson (husband David), Dawn Fitzgerald, David Fitzgerald (wife Cecilia), Darrin Fitzgerald (wife Heather). He is also survived by his grandmother, Betty Schimming, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home, located at 12053 Hwy 64 W, Tyler, TX, 75704.
