Dean C. Mullican was born on Saturday, November 4, 1944, to Ernest L. and Edna M. Mullican of Tyler, Texas. Dean was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, where he retired after 16 years at the rank of Staff Sergeant. Dean was a resident of the Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas.
Dean C. Mullican is survived by his brother, Donnie R. Mullican and wife, Barbara L. Mullican of Tyler, Texas; nephew, Patrick W. Mullican and wife, Jennifer Mullican; niece, Melissa L. Jones and husband, Alan Jones; niece, Amanda L. Tate and husband, James Tate; along with 7 great-nieces and nephews.
A service honoring the life of Dean C. Mullican will be held Monday, November 7, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home, following the graveside service at 2:00 pm at the Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery.
