Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Beck died Aug. 13, 2010, in Tyler. She was born Oct. 11, 1930, in Jefferson. She lived in Tyler since 1965 and was formerly of Irving. She was a homemaker and a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Lee and Nancy Jane Foreman Poplin; husband, Marcus Scott; daughter, Peggy Tant; and granddaughter, Jennifer Parker.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Patricia Scott of Tyler; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Ronnie Marshall of Chandler; brother, Frank Poplin; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
