Donna Gay Wright, age 63, passed away on August 12, 2026 in Tyler, TX. She was born on March 21, 1963 in Lufkin, TX to Marvin Earl Wright and Sarah Beatrice Wright. Donna was raised in Diboll, Texas and attended and graduated from Diboll High School and Stephen F. Austin University. She married Forrest Dale Garner in 2026 after thirteen years together. She was a counselor for more than 15 years. In her spare time, Donna enjoyed music, dancing, antiquing, road trips, looking at wildflowers, and DIY-ing any and everything. Her family and friends will always remember her as a passionate, strong-willed, and caring person. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and sister - Anna Wright. She is survived by her husband - Forrest Garner; her daughters - Haley Martinez, Kristen Martinez, Megan Martinez, and Jamie Martinez; her sisters - Deborah Reynolds and Mona Wright; and her grandsons - Kays Johnson, Ezekiel Johnson, and Sytler Johnson.
