Fran was born November 29, 1940, in Winnsboro, Texas. She spent the bulk of her adult life in Greenville, Texas, where she was involved with the YMCA, PTA, and held an active role as church secretary with St. Williams Catholic Church. She and her late husband spent a large amount of time at Lake Cypress Springs before relocating to Chandler, Texas, where they lived until Rex’s passing in 2021 after 60 wonderful years of marriage. They were both active members of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Chandler.
Fran was a devoted wife and mother, but found her greatest joy in being a grammy to her grandson, Justin. She was a top-notch homemaker, outstanding seamstress, and known by many for her delicious cowboy cookies. She also spent countless hours working in her flowerbeds.
