Mr. Camp was born September 10, 1924 in Pine Mills to J.C. Sr. and Sue Elizabeth Hardin Camp and passed away on November 10, 2016 in Whitehouse. Mr. Camp served in the U S Army Air Corp from 1942 -1945 and retired from Lebus Manufacturing. He was a member of the St John's Masonic Lodge #53 and a member of First Baptist Church of Omen, TX.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years Ruby Camp of Whitehouse, sons Ronny Camp and wife Sarah of Tyler, Randy Camp and wife Cindy of Whitehouse, sisters Faye Wiggins of Tyler and Audra Owens of California. He is also survived by six grand children, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Camp was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Lawrence Camp and one sister Margaret Short.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday at the Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Julie Brumley for all the care and friendship she provided for Mr. Camp and his family.
