I'm so sorry to hear about Jeff.  I worked with him at EDS for many years. His beautiful, playful smile will always be a fond memory.  I always admired and could never hope to match his loving and giving nature to all those around him.  We who were  touched with his grace and friendshp are forever grateful.  My condolences and I pray for you during this time.   I am sorry for your loss.

I remember Jeff fondly from the years we worked together at AT&T....such a great guy.  My condolences to his family.

It was such an honor to have grown up with Jeff on Driftwood Lane. Jeff was such a hoot and such a kind hearted friend. Mr. and Mrs. Ragan and Michael I am so sorry for your loss. Your memories are your keepsake from which you'll never part. GOD has him in HIS keeping. You have him in your heart. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. RIP dear friend~

Jeff will always hold a special place in the hearts of his REL band friends. I have so many wonderful memories of him that I will cherish forever. He constantly kept us laughing and entertained. It was such a blessing to have a friend like Jeff. I pray for Gods comfort and healing power for the Ragan family.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jeff.I grew up around the block on Appletree Lane and spent most my early days hanging out with Jeff on Driftwood. Rest in Peace my friend.

I will miss Jeff.  He was always a joy to be around.  He was funny, talented, and very intelligent.  He would discuss anything.  I enjoyed spending time with my nephew and there will be a hole in my life with him gone.

Jeff was a special soul.  Every family event was exciting and fun.  More than once we were in trouble with Mimmie because we were 'a bit' too loud and boisterous.  We always had fun.  Jeff will definitely be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Jeff passing.   I spent a years with Jeff in the REL band.   We had more laughs and fun than I can even remember...always so full of life!  He was indeed a fine musician; my husband directed the EDS Jazz Band, and enjoyed Jeff's musicianship.  We will all miss him.

Jeff will be sorely missed by our whole family.  I still remember how he loved to keep me entertained as a kid with his music and recorded skits.  He was such a loving cousin, son, grandson, brother, and uncle to Matt.  Rest in Peace, Jeff

I have a lot of great memories with my cousin Jeff when we met at Pine Hill every year.  He was much too young to leave us.  I loved hearing him play the piano; I've never heard anyone that could play like him.  June & Jerry, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of your family.

All of us who loved Jeff and appreciated his many talents will miss him so much. His contributions to the various programs and shows at Highland Presbyterian Church were always a highlight of whatever activity he participated in. Our heartfeld sympathy goes out to his entire family.

I'm going to miss Jeff so much. I loved my brother-in-law. He is at peace now and that's comforting. He was very kind and thoughtful. He had a great sense of humor, was talented, and entertaining.

I still can't believe we've lost our sweet nephew.   He was a ray of sunshine -- he made us smile.   We'll miss him so much.
