Jo Carolyn Wyatt

Born to Joe Bryan and Gertrude Williams she was raised in the close knit community of Pine Forest Texas, she graduated from Pickton High School where she was also crowned homecoming queen. Jo Carolyn had a number of friends and enjoyed her time at school. In 1960, she married the love of her life, Cecil Wyatt. Together they built a beautiful life centered on faith, dedication and love for their three children. After Jo Carolyn’s children started school, she found purpose in working in various clerical roles until the time in which Cecil and Jo decided to retire. Following retirement, they often went camping and enjoyed traveling. Family was important to her and she created a warm and loving home for her husband and children. Her hobbies included, reading and solving crossword puzzles.

She is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Cecil Wyatt; her parents and sisters Mary Fite and Wanda Phillips and her brother Jimmy Williams.

She is survived by her daughters Lori Nelson and her husband Mike, June Melton and her husband Neal; her son Mike Wyatt and his wife Debbie; her grandchildren, Lauren Tompkins, Shelby Elalam, Kyle Wyatt, Wesley Melton and Jacob Melton; five precious great grandchildren and her sister Jan Morrison.
