Graveside services for Joan Reed, 91, Tyler, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at Tyler Memorial Park with the Rev. Alfred Darst officiating.

Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park under direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Reed died Oct. 1, 2010, in Tyler. She was born March 24, 1919, in Tonopah, Nev. She lived in Tyler for about 65 years, was a homemaker and a member of Christ Episcopal Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Angela Starnes of Tyler, Heather Grimes and husband William of Nevada, Texas, Donna Gerbig of Tyler, Rhonda Skinner of Tyler and Monica Pannell of Tyler; son, Nigel Reed of Whitehouse; grandchildren, Crystal Murray, Shawn Starnes, Chad Skinner, Brenda Gerbig, Shonda Murphy, Danica Rigel, Sheana Pannell, Dashá Nelson, Destiny Reed, and William Reed; nine grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers are David Wells, Shawn Starnes, Chad Skinner, Brandon Gerbig, Bill Grimes, Matt Rigel and James Murray

Visitation will be from noon until service time Monday at the funeral home.
