Funeral Services for Joann Blalock Robinson will be 2:00PM Wednesday at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home January 30, 2013 with Bro. James Cheatham officiating, with burial in Tyler Memorial Park. Mrs Robinson was born August 2, 1933 to Robert Lee & Thelma Burns Montgomery in Tyler & passed away on January 25, 2013 in Tyler. Mrs. Robinson worked many years in the Banking and Oil Industry retiring from Delta Drilling, She was a friend to many and was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Robinson is survived by sons: Carl Blalock of Novato, CA, Ray Blalock & Wife: Becky of Coppell, TX, Extended family of Sons: Jim Robinson & Wife: Gayle of Hot Springs Village, AR, Jon Robinson of Austin, Jeff Robinson & Wife: Sherry of Duncanville, Jere Robinson of Burnett, 12 Grandchildren, 11 Greatgrandchildren, Sister Lynn Chambers of Dallas, Extended family of brothers & Sisters: Paul Pogue & Wife: Judy of McKinney, Larry Pogue of Terrell, Sue Coker of Edgewood, Evelyn Pope & Husband Teddy of Athens, Lester Pogue & Wife: Pat of Fairfield Bay, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Step mom Gracie Pogue Montgomery and beloved husband J.O. “Dick” Robinson. Visitation will be 1:00pm until service time.
