She grew up and attended school in Tyler, graduating from John Tyler High School in 1975. Following High School she worked at Roadmaster, The Caldwell Zoo, Woodcrest Mobile Home Park and Briar Cliff Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Golden and by her granddaughter, Brittney Golden. Ms. Golden is survived by her son, Daryl Golden of Tyler; her father, Marvin Golden of Tyler; brothers, Harold Glenn Golden of Tyler and Ronald M. Golden of Flint and grandsons, Michael Golden and Isaac Golden both of Tyler.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 19, 2017; also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
