Kristen had many creative talents along with a keen intellect and her love for life shined through her eyes. Kristen accepted her Lord and Savior, dedicating her life to Him many years ago. Her favorite pastimes were bingo, karaoke, laughing, and squealing. Kristen also enjoyed watching scary movies, painting, wood puzzles, gardening, and anything else that kept her busy and her hands dirty. Kristen never met a stranger, always had a big friendly smile, and she truly cared for everyone she met. She loved family and enjoyed spending time with her grandparents. She showed her love for them by baking with Grandma Etha and cleaning up the mess together; and by cooking dinner for Grandpa Mack, which he loved. When we asked her brother, Kenny, what he wanted to say about his sister he said, “her greatest gift is loving me” and that she did. Kristen loved her children with all of her heart and soul and felt the pain, each day, of what her struggles took away from those around her. We beg of you to know that Addiction is real and can separate you from the people that love you. Although addictions can divide the family, please remember to always love them, because tomorrow may not come before recovery can be achieved.
Kirsten is survived by her parents, Ken and Kathy Odom and Elizabeth Lefebvre; children, Aidyn Jackson, Kamdyn Dudley, Raidyn Dudley, and Auhtymn Carpenter; siblings, Kenny, Zachary, Nicholas, and Breann; grandparents, Mack Odom, Etha McAllister, Fred and Mary Willingham; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kristen is preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Odom, J.C. and wife Ruby Williams.
