Mr. McMillan was born Aug. 8, 1936, in Tyler to the late Lester C. and Alma Mae McNair McMillan and passed away Aug. 10, 2010, in Tyler. He was a machinist and worked for Tyler Pipe and Western Foundry. Mr. McMillan lived in Tyler all of his life and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his son, Ricky McMillan of Tyler; daughters, Sheila DePriest of Tyler, Becky McCoy of Tyler, Tammy Brady of Sheldon, Vt.; brother, Milburn McMillan of Temple; sisters, Billie Culpepper of Tyler, Dottie Botts of Chandler, Beula Bell of Tyler, Nancy Bass of Troup, and Juanita Ellison of Tyler; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie McMillan, and son, Larry McMillan.
