Mr. Jordan was born on July 23, 1925 in Rusk to Coleman and Leona Henry Jordan and passed away on September 26, 2015 in Tyler. Formerly of Rusk, Mr. Jordan had lived in Tyler since 1970. He served his county in the U. S. Navy during WWII, Korea and Vietnam, retiring in 1970.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Jordan, of Tyler; sons, Gilbert Jordan and wife Joann, of Euless; William (Billy) Jordan and wife Genevieve, of Tyler and Andre Zeke Jordan, of Dallas-Fort Worth; grandchildren: Samantha Morris, of Chapel Hill; Coleman Jordan, of Euless and Andrew Jordan, of Euless.
Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Alma Ruth Bailey and brother, Henry S. Jordan.
Rosary will be at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 30, 2015 followed by visitation until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home.
