Mrs. Miller was born on August 17, 1918 in Dallas, TX to Holder & Ida Raines and passed away on October 3, 2012 in Tyler. She was a property buyer for Fannie Mae.
Survivors include Son: Roger Miller of Hideaway, Grandsons: Michael Keith Miller of McKinney & Kevin Joe Miller of Oklahoma City, OK, Sister-in-Law: Karen Miller of Dallas. She was preceded in death by Husband: Joe Lynn Miller, Son: Joe Michael Miller and her Parents. Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park
