Macario Godinez

Marcario was raised in Rusk Texas and graduated from Rusk High School in 2012. After high school he joined the United States Army as a E4 SPC and served in Iraq for 8 years. He married the love of his life and high school sweetheart Shelby in 2013, and the couple had 3 children together. He was a Tech 5 at Space X where he worked for more than 3 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed playing video games with his kids and hanging out with his amazing wife Shelby, he also enjoyed taking his family on nature walks and to the beach where we could just relax and enjoy life. He was such a loving father and husband. His family was the light of his life. He never excluded anyone from anything, he was an inviting person.

His family will always remember him as a good friend and compassionate to everyone around him. When he laughed it lit up the room with so much joy and happiness. Everyone loved to work with him, and he would be the first one to offer a helping hand.

He is survived by his wife Shelby Godinez who he was married to for 13 years and they had been together ever since he was 15, and his three children Kale Godinez, Luna Godinez, Xiomara Godinez.
