She had a gentle smile with a outgoing positive outlook on life. Our beloved mother was incredibly fun to be with. Madelyn had a pretty smile and always found something to smile and laugh about.
Besides making a good home, mom enjoyed travelling. She prepared our picnic baskets for camping and various weekend trips. Among her travel destinations were Canada, Hawaii, Israel, Alaska, Washington D.C and the American West.
Madelyn loved any waterfall spots from Niagara Falls to Oregon Multnomah Falls. She loved nature, birds, animals, especially moose and flowers. Madelyn loved gardening, making flower arrangements and she was very creative with arts and crafts. Our mom was just amazed with the beauty and glory of God's work. Madelyn had a good relationship with God and Jesus Christ throughout her life. Madelyn always did as much as she could to help those she cared about.
