Joyce was raised in West Texas and graduated from Odessa High School in 1962.
She married Jerry Lynn Petty in 1962 and the couple had two children. She was a beautician and housewife.
In Joyce’s spare time she enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts and fishing. Her family will always remember her as a loving and caring person with a strong faith in God.
Joyce is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Lynn Petty, parents TC and Eula Faye Rosser.
She is survived by her daughter, Gayla and husband Kevin Menne, son, William Lynn Petty and wife Cindy, Ten grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter, brother, Marshall Rosser and sister, Linda Tucker and numerous nieces and nephews.
