Mary Nell Ware, age 86, passed away on April 21, 2025 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on June 22, 1938 in Daingerfield, Texas to Fred and Verda Nell Tigert. Mary Nell was raised in Bradfield Chapel and graduated from Daingerfield High School in 1956. She married Winston G. Ware in 1974. She was a homemaker, mother, and friend. In her spare time she loved to "visit". She loved people and loved to talk with them and just spend time "visiting" with them. She loved her dogs. Her family will remember her as a fun and kind mother and friend.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Winston "Gene" Ware, son, Stephen Strawn, daughter-in-law, Myra Strawn, mother, Verda Nell Bryant Tigert, and father, Fred Tigert.
She is survived by her son, Terry Strawn and wife Cindy, son Billy Ware and wife Michelle, brother, Maurice Tigert, sister-in-law, Rita Tigert and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
