Nathan Seth Walker, 78, formerly of Albany, New York, passed away on October 8, 2025. Born on September 14, 1947, to Margarite and Vernon Walker, he was one of seven siblings: Geraldine, Eugene, Janette, Barbara, Norma, and the late Kenny.
A U.S. Army veteran and lifelong man of faith, Nathan served as a medic and later worked in carpentry, engineering, and maintenance. He attended Southern Missionary College and served as a deacon at both Edinburg and Tyler Seventh-day Adventist Churches.
In 1999, he married the beautiful Mona Walker, and together they raised two wonderful and talented daughters, Jennifer and Ileen. Nathan will be remembered for his kindness, humility, strong faith, and joyful spirit.
Nathan is survived by his devoted wife, Mona Walker; his daughters, Jennifer and Ileen Walker; his siblings Geraldine, Eugene, Janette, Barbara, and Norma; and a wide circle of family, friends, and church family who will always remember his warmth, humility, and contagious laughter.
Nathan’s legacy of love, service, and faith lives on in the many lives he touched.
