

Nickolaus Aris Bain, 59, unexpectedly passed away on November 8, 2025, in Tyler, Texas. He was born to George A.and Bonnie J. Bain and grew up surrounded by a strong sense of family and service. Nickolaus graduated from high school in San Antonio before proudly joining the United States Army.During his service, he was stationed in San Antonio and at Food Hood in Killeen, later serving overseas in Korea and Germany as a Single Channel Radio and International Morse Code Communication Operator. His dedication earned him multiple honors, including the Sharpshooter Rifle Badge, Good Conduct Meal, Army Lapel Button, Overseas Ribbon, and the Expert Hand Grenade Badge. Nickolaus was deeply proud of fulfilling his duty and defending the freedoms of the country he loved.
After completing his military service, Nickolaus built a long and successful career in computer systems. He served as a District Manager at Computize, Inc. In Austin for over 18 years before moving to Houston to work with Mac-America. Later, he settled in Tyler, Texas, where he joined the team at Cynergy Technology in Longview.
Nickolaus was preceded in death by his parents, George Aristole Bain and Bonnie J. Bain.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Keri Davis-Bain; daughters, Ashlynn Perkins and Brittani Righter; and his cherished grandchildren: Bryden Tellez, Gavin Gaither, Rylee Righter, Lucas Hoke, Henry Perkins, and Charlotte Perkins. He is also survived by his brother, Samual A. Bain and wife Blanca, and their children Evelin and Tristen; his sister, Tashia Bain Norman and husband Howard, their children Mariah and Howie, and grand-niece Rylee Norman; sister, Tina Bain; as well as a large extended family across Texas and Kansas.
Nickolau will be deeply missed and loved forever.
Memorial Service: Saturday, November 15, 2025 Visitation will be from 11:00 AM at Tyler Tabernacle Church. Service starts at 12:00 PM.
