Nora Belle Wilson, 85, of Lindale, passed away on September 11, 2013 in Tyler. Mrs. Wilson, a retired assembler for Crème Lure, was born on April 18, 1928 in Robinson, IL. She grew up and attended school in Robinson and married William Wilson right out of high school. They stayed in Illinois until 1956, when they moved to Tyler. She worked as an assembler for Crème Lures for 30 years, retiring in 1998. Her husband preceded her in death in 1989 and she moved to Lindale shortly thereafter. She loved crafts and traveled to many places doing her craft work. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela York and her husband, Gary, Sr. of Lindale; daughter-in-law, Debbie Wilson of Tyler; three grandchildren, Gary York, Jr. of Lindale, Brandon Wilson of Tyler; and Kristin Hartsfield and her husband, Ryan of India and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Rick Wilson. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home, 12053 State Highway 64 West, Tyler. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 AM at Tyler Memorial Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Dr., Tyler 75702.
