Paul was born on April 3, 1951 Hugo, OK and Raquel was born on May 29, 1956 in Mexico. Paul and Raquel were married on September 21, 1989 in Palestine and made their home in Tyler. Raquel worked for the Health and Human Services Commission and Paul was a property manager and real estate investor.
Paul once told Raquel, "There is no force in this world that can take me away from you."
Paul is survived by his siblings, William "Bill", Mike and Debra Pence and Raquel is survived by her siblings: Magaly, Benji, Belem, Myanin, Mitzy, Zully and Nohelia; their children, Adriana Gray and her wife Annessa Franco; Alana Gray, Kristen and Ivana Pence and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016 at Tyler Memorial Funeral. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Concluding services are private.
