She is survived her spouse, Ramón Velasco; her 14 children, Felipa Velasco Torres, Jose Velasco Torres, Carolina Velasco Torres, Ramon Velasco Torres, Jesus Velasco Torres, Florencia Velasco Torres, Maria B. Velasco Torres, Manuel Velasco Torres, Martin Velasco Torres, Apolinar Velasco Torres, Juana Velasco Torres, Salvador Velasco Torres, Ruben Velasco Torres and Daniel Velasco Torres.
She is preceded in death by one of her sons, Rafael Velasco Torres.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Monday, February 7, 2022 at the chapel of Tyler Memorial Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception at 9:30 a.m. with a comital service at the Cathedral in the Pines Memorial Gardens in Tyler, Texas.
