Roberta Arlene Sinclair

January 28, 1947 – September 24, 2025

Roberta Arlene Sinclair was born on January 28, 1947, and went to be with our Lord and Savior on September 24, 2025.

Roberta was preceded in death by her mother, Ella Mae Young; sisters, Jaretta Covarruvias and Brenda Sanders; brothers, John Young Jr. and Robert Young; and granddaughter, Jarah Shelton.

She is lovingly survived by her daughters: LaBrenda Villanueva, Tracy Cruz, Evelyn Vasquez, Christy Rincon, and Bashia Knight (spouse Mitchell); nieces Danyel Brown (spouse Tim) and Melissa Sanders; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and her beloved great-grandfurs, Charlie and Charlotte.

Roberta’s memory lives on through the many lives she touched with her love, strength, and character.

A visitation for Roberta will be held Friday, September 26, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lloyd James Funeral Home, 1011 East First Street, Tyler, TX 75701.

A graveside service will occur Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home - Cemetery and Mausoleum, 12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704.
