Services for Roberto Navarro Garza, 62, of Tyler are scheduled for 10:00 am, Friday, June 24, 2011 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Interment will follow at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Garza was born September 15, 1948 to Carmen and Paula Garza and passed away June 22, 2011 in Tyler. Mr. Garza was a truck driver.
He is survived by sons, Roberto Garza Jr. and Raul Garza, both of Laredo, TX; five grandchildren; sisters, Carmella Garcia of Grand Prairie, Juanita Vargas of Tyler, Dora Viramontez of Tyler, Deamira Garza of Tyler and Patricia Garza of Tyler; brothers, Guillermo Garza of Tyler and Eduardo Garza of Tyler and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ester Tidwell.
Pallbearers are Raul Garza, Roberto Garza, Jesus Garza, Rene Martinez, Roy Garcia, Hector Garcia Jr., Damian Molina, Francisco Martinez Jr. And Christian Martinez.
