Ruth Womack

Graveside services for Ruth Womack, age 92, will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 7, 2015, in Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. David Freeman and the Rev. Jack Manley will officiate. Burial will be in Tyler Memorial Park.

Mrs. Womack was born May 12, 1922, in Carlisle and passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Formerly of Whitehouse and Tyler, since the late 1950s, she had lived in Fort Worth the past several months in a private nursing facility. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Whitehouse and later attended Evangel Assembly of God in Tyler.

Survivors include her daughters, Helen Manley and husband Jack, of Mansfield, Elizabeth Freeman and husband David, of Euless; grandchildren, Joshua Freeman and wife Rebecca, of Bedford, Paula Manley, of Waxahachie, Steven Manley, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Angela McCrary and husband Joe, of Pittsburg; great-grandchildren, Joshua S. Freeman, Caleb and Caden McCrary and Rachel Freeman; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Mrs. Womack was preceded in death by her husband, Auther Womack; her parents; five brothers; and one sister.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday, February 6, 2015, at Tyler Memorial Home.
