Juanita Frederick, 96, of Tyler, Texas, passed away on September 20, 2026 at her home. She was born on August 15, 1930 in Smith County, Texas to Ralph and Violet (Wood) Smith.

She is survived by her son, Steve L.; niece, Sally and husband, Earl; niece, Peggy; and adopted son, Donnie Smith. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Claude; and daughter, Ginger.

Family will greet friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home, 12053 State Highway 64 West, Tyler, TX 75704, US, followed by the funeral service at the same location at 10:30 a.m.

Committal will take place at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home - Cemetery and Mausoleum following the service.
